Overview at the Lake, is PET FRIENDLY and in the perfect location. Close to the marina, shopping, restaurants and all that Garden City / Bear Lake has to offer. You will enjoy 8 Large bedrooms with sleeping for 30+ You will be able to take in the beautiful scenery from all around the house. The house has a private hot tub, games to play, mini golf in yard, grill, Steam Sauna, fire pit, and community pool. Cooking in this home is a dream. It is equipped with a wolf cooktop, integrated griddle, and loads of counter space.

We absolutely loved this home!! The location can’t be beat. We saw deer and wild turkeys behind the house every day. The furniture and decor is modern and comfortable.
