"The staff were always lovely and the room was neat. The location was great and parking in Roe St car park turned out to be fine, with no onsite parking being my main worry before I arrived.
Some small annoyances with the shower not having any shelving for products, and being quite dark unless I wanted the window blind into the bedroom open (that was weird, why is there a window into the bedroom??). Although the walk in wardrobe with access from both sides was quite useful.
The TV was almost impossible to use due to no screen sharing capabilities with phones, or active TV guide for the available channels. Sometimes, all you wanna do after a long day of exploring is zone out you know?
The buffet breakfast was pretty standard. Not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst! 3.5/5.
The room service menu wasn’t correct, as it noted fries available, however, there was no option for this when ordering via the QR code they recommend.
Overall, served our purposes, but I wouldn’t say I was blown away."
