「Teníamos una reservación para el viernes y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que lo habían sobrevendido y nos mandaron a otro hotel. La verdad el otro hotel estaba muy limpio y si lo recomiendo pero lo que no me gustó es que sobre venden las habitaciones así que tengan en cuenta 」

「I don’t know why they insist on giving them a debit card for security deposit while they already asked for a credit card. The environment is okay, the room is clean and Wi-Fi speed is quick. However, the room is supposed to have a hair dryer but it was missing. The hotel matches its 3 stars rating but could be better.」

「I love La Quinta hotels. Use them whenever I can traveling. However at this location, I was a bit taken back that the lady who is the day manager, checking you in was interrupted from mopping floors in the common areas. It doesn’t really send the right image of, her having to stop with a mop in her hands, to come and check you in. I would suggest, in this particular location or instance, to ensure that housekeeping or maintenance does the mopping of the common areas, not the desk clerk. Much...
