We loved the Rocking Y! Highly recommend- was perfect for our family of 4. Great location in Gardiner, close to Yellowstone north entrance. House was stocked with helpful things like coolers and binoculars. Tracy has thought of everything! 8 Elk came to visit one evening! Loved our stay!

The RockinY was so clean & comfy! It was the perfect distance to town & the Yellowstone gate. When we weren’t in the park, we enjoyed sitting outside in the breeze watching all the wildlife; elk, rabbits, bald eagles. The cabin was stocked with literally everything we needed! Thank you so much Tracy, for a wonderful stay! Insider tip: if you can, climb up into the top bunk & sleep with the window open, it’s heavenly!

The hosts should teach a course on hospitality! Great location, spotless place with just the right amenities. The place is decorated and stocked with a perfect delicate balance of all the things you need for comfortable stay, without losing touch of the rustic soul of the cabin. We just concluded a stay with our parents and a toddler and we all loved it. Our 3 year old had an absolute blast at the stream outside. We went back with so many amazing memories. Will definitely stay here if we come back.

Second time we have stayed here. Loved it so much we had to come back. The place is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything (and more!) you need to make meals. Elk were in the yard one day during our stay. In the fall, they were there every day. Met the hosts this time- very nice people! The hot springs are about 5 minutes away, we went two different days and enjoyed the benefits of soaking in the springs. Liked that the north entrance to Yellowstone was just a short drive. The huckleberry gifts were greatly appreciated. Will definitely return again if in the area.

This place was perfect! The house had everything you needed and even a few extra bonuses: ice chest to pack lunches while traveling to the park, stream in the front yard, TONS of Elk roaming the property, and a beautiful view. If I ever visit again, I'm definitely staying here.
