「Hot tub area and sauna could use some updating, the pillows in the room were extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was good. 」

「We didn't have a table and chairs outside. We called the front desk and asked for them. They never came. We got our beach chairs out of our car to use.」

「Most of these reviews give less than 5 stars because it’s outdated, which it is, but other than that I love my stay. I had no issues. Front desk staff were super friendly. Coffee machine in the room which was nice. Great area and location too, a lot of restaurants in walking distance. They are in the middle of renovations so keep that in mind but I’m excited to come back when it’s completed!! 」

「Great location and accomodations. Bed was very comfortable. Property was exceptionally clean. Service was difficult in the mornings because sane person was running the cafe and front desk so he had to keep running back and forth. He did a great job given the circumstances and was very pleasant.Wish the cafe was open every evening for those guests who are staying during the week. Nice place to finish the day. Alex was a great bartender. Overall great stay.」

「We were there because my grandson had a baseball tournament in the area. Did not realize that there were so many teams there. There were kids running in the halls till 11:30 at night. A team that won a championship brought a cooler with alcohol to the pool. They left trash, beer bottles and unfinished food all around the pool. They also played loud music in the pool area till 9 PM. Also there was never any towels at the pool and when asked they only brought a few or said there were no more...

「Great hotel for the money, though it's a little off the beaten path (I had no idea where to find Old Saybrook from the hotel location). Still, it was perfect for my needs. They had a nice (free) continental breakfast and the pool area was great. 」

「We really enjoyed the stay at Inn at harbor hill marina. We are at room #7. Nice view from the balcony. Quiet, and beautiful inn, breakfast is great and walking distance to the town center, broadwalk, and beach(they even have guess pass for us). There is bikes you can rent. Live music on Saturday. We didn’t get the complimentary boat ride but it starts in middle of June. Overall we had relaxing and happy anniversary trip. Highly recommend to my friends who visit Niantic.」
