Deuxième fois dans cette location tout est parfait

2ème fois dans cette villa on adore ! Le petit point à signaler les moustiques mais on se soigne ! La piscine est super et la villa avec son joli environnement nous donne une envie d’y revenir chaque fois. En plus ce village est très sympathique et il y a tout! La région à visiter est jolie, nous avons passé de bonnes vancances! L’accueil par Christelle est parfait et toujours souriant Peut-être à bientôt si on a la santé !

Geen duidelijke afspraak bij aankomst, niemand aanwezig. Huis was volgens beschrijving in een rustige wijk gelegen. Enkele minpunten keuken iets te klein, slaaplaatsen boven niet echt voor het aantal beschreven persoon en enorm veel muggen.

Le séjour à très mal commencer, rendez vous fixer pour la remise des clefs entre 16h et 18h, j'ai attendu jusqu'à 18h30 sans pouvoir joindre la personne... Obliger de trouver une solution pour ce loger pour la nuit de samedi à dimanche, la personne est soit disant venu à 19h15, toujours sans passer un coup de fil... Après mainte et mainte appel de ma part cette personne c'est finalement manifester le dimanche matin et j'ai pu enfin prendre possession de ma location (sans aucune excuse de la personne).... Une fois dans cette maison nous avons passé notre dimanche à faire le ménage, maison sale, literie pareille, vaisselle également très sale, poisseuse et complètement dépareillée ou ébréchée... La pompe de la piscine était cassé et la piscine sale également, réparer seulement le lundi... Et pour couronné le tout fausse septique pleine qui déborde le jeudi soir... Les photos étaient attractives, mais ce qui est certains c'est qu'elles dataient de quelques années et rien n'a été fait dans cette maison et son jardin depuis... Alors un bon conseil, passez votre chemin....

We hebben het echt fantastisch gehad prima huis, prachtig zwembad, mooie omgeving met bakkertjes en supermarkten in de buurt, leuke markt op dinsdagochtend. Het huis is erg fijn, met airconditioning, zeer complete inboedel, goede bedden, mooie tuin. De eigenaren zijn zeer sympathiek. We zijn ook een paar keer naar het strand geweest in Hyeres, maar eigenlijk kon dit niet tippen aan het huis en het zwembad -). We hebben een supervakantie gehad waar wij met veel plezier op terugkijken.

Das Haus, der Pool, die Lage sind einfach klasse. Bei tollem Wetter ein absoluter Traum. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei schönstem Sonnenschein. Meine Kinder wollten überhaupt nicht ans Meer, Pool war schöner! Leider hatten wir einen Siebenschläfer oder was in der Art unter den Dachziegeln. Ist die halbe Nacht rumgeturnt, war schon ein bisschen nervig. Aber ansonsten super!

Bij aankomst lekker naar lavendel ruikend huisje! Wel voor 7 volwassenen voorzien maar slaapplaatsen zijn hiervoor niet zo erg geschikt. Eens gewend aan de frisse geur leek het toch niet netjes, nootjes van vorige bewoners lagen nog op de tapijtjes, keuken was vies, ijskast vuil, wasmachine vol schimmel ook afwasmachine was niet fris Trap naar boven redelijk gevaarlijk en douche beschimmeld Gelukkig stond er wel product om te poetsen en na een paar uurtjes poetsen hadden we vakantie! Daar was dan de buurvrouw weer niet mee akkoord en ze vond ons blijkbaar om 21u te luidruchtig in het zwembad plonsen. Verder wel goede vakantie gehad maar bij de eindafrekening sloegen de kostprijs van elektriciteit en water enorm tegen, we moesten regelmatig het zwembad bijvullen en het werd ook 1x/week voor ons gedaan, op onze kosten uiteraard!

Lastig als je niet goed frans spreekt beheerder spreekt alleen frans, is wel vriendelijk. Accomodatie is matig. Horren voor ramen zijn gescheurd en sluiten niet goed. Voor tuindeuren en toegangsdeur geen horren, die zijn wel nodig i.v.m. zeer veel muggen. Veel meer dan we in de 15 jaar dat we in het zuiden van Frankrijk komen hebben meegemaakt. Waarschijnlijk door de vele bomen en struiken achter het huis. Diverse defecten in huis o.a. stortbak toilet douchecabine waarvan 1 deur er telkens uitliep. Stekkerdoos bij tv met kortsluiting. Niet echt schoon. Trap naar boven gevaarlijk met kleine kinderen geen leuning en erg smal. Nu wat positieve dingen keukenapparaten werken goed, goede koelkast vaatwasser e.d. Zwembad is heerlijk, moet het wel zelf dagelijks schoonhouden. Vallen veel blaadjes e.d. van de bomen. Leuke garage op foto's maar is alleen toegankelijk voor eigenaar, je kan je auto dus niet binnen zetten uit de zon.

We hebben in dit huis vooral kunnen genieten van het buitenleven. Het huis leent er zich dan ook toe met een fantastisch zwembad, leuk zithoekje, terrasjes. Hierdoor knijp je een oogje toe bij de kleine mankementen in het huis (badkamer) en oogt niet altijd even net.

Mooi huis, leuk zwembad. Tocheen beetje tegengevallen. Geen schoon huis, keuken ranzig, vies servies in de kasten, toilet vies en vaatwasser stonk enorm, jammer. Huis veder leuk en mooi terras. Prima uitvalsbasis Pm het achterland en de kustwegen te ontdekken.
