"Loved the scenery, huge porch with swing, hot-tub, porch heaters, decor, and arcade room. Plenty of room for our group of 6. We rented a utv just down the road and had fun driving around the area. Hour and a half from Zion and hour from Bryce Canyon. Mattresses were not very comfortable and driveway was not easy to get up with our van. Need 4 wheel drive vehicle pretty much anywhere back there but would definitely recommend and stay at this property again."

Only complaint was breakfast was pretty limited and not great the food was cold but expectations weren’t super high. "
