「I booked online with Hotels.com and when I arrived to check-in they told me that my room wouldn't be available and that it was being fumigated. They didn't offer me another room, they didn't offer me a refund, nor did they try to help me book another room somewhere else. I arrived around midnight and had to try and find alternate arrangements in the middle of then night (I am a female and was traveling alone). Totally unacceptable. They didn't even send me aessagd in advance to let me know.」

「The staff were absolutely fantastic. I felt the bedding was not fresh and found some stains so i requested a change and they attended to it promptly. Although i had breakfast just once, i absolutely loved the yam and egg dish served. it was simply perfection. Coming from Uk i found the standard of the hotel beddings and towels very very old and worn out and past thier use by date but hey! I managed it some how. I booked online but should have done a walk in as the walk in rates are far cheaper. 」

「The hotel websites states clearly that there is a free shuttle to the airport. But the driver who carried me to the airport on the day i checked out told me it is not for free and that trip costs 40.000naira. I was really shocked. Luckily i had cash on me, imagine someone traveling without cash I think that free shuttle to airport should be removed from their website 」

「I need to start by saying the staff of the hotel was amazing. Having said that the hotel was in desperate need of maintenance. There were stains all over the carpets. There was mold everywhere in the bathtub and shower. The bottom of the bath tub itself was stained. The internet didn't work. The list goes on. I went to try to have dinner at the restaurant and ninety percent of the things on the menu were not available. One of the elevators did not stop correctly and was not even with the floor....

「Most of the tv series I saw were not current airings but repeat programmes. Staff at the hotel were good. Proximity to shopping centre and a bank. I think when I visit again Hotel Rosebud in Abuja will not be a bad choice. 」

「Speziell, dass das Hotel trotz bezahlten 3 Nächten gesagt hat, dass wir nur 2 Nächte bezahlt haben, nach langer Diskussion wurde klar, dass jemand die dritte Nacht in sein Tasche gesteckt hat. Spezielles Hotel, nicht empfehlenswert für Touristen. Sorry mein schlechtestes Hotel in Abuja und ich bin viel dort」
