「Not worth the money. This hotel gets very little maintenance from what we observed. A few things didn't work like the sidewalk lights leading to the Castle view restaurant. You walk at night in pitch dark. You need to use the flashlight on your phone to ensure you don't trip, it's so dark. According to staff, lights have not been working for months. For wine they show 4 different kinds of wine available in both red and white but they only keep 2 of each on stock and not even the ones listed on...

「Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. 「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

「I had an overnight stay that was planned last min. I originally planned to stay two nights but realized that it was just not for me - ( I had originally came from the popular tourist area and needed to backfill two nights ) although they realized it was just not my style both hosts went above and beyond to accommodate me as much as possible and even worked to get me a refund for the next night - the place is lovely and quiet and perfect for anyone looking for just that! 」
