"Great host, place as advertised, great communication "

"Do not stay here while massive construction is being done! The whole place smells like paint, the “front desk” was in the hallway, there was no breakfast only coffee and water. We stayed in a renovated room so it was upgraded but the paint smell gave me a headache and the rest of the hotel was an accident waiting to happen. "

"Please please please do not stay here. I literally had my IPad stolen by the staff and ended up in a 24 hour long battle to get them to return it. I showed management the “Find My” app to prove they had it, but they continued to say they didn’t. It took me threatening to call the police for them to go “Find” it magically."

"No complaints about the hotel itself. The first night I was awakened by what sounded like equipment noise presumably coming from I-35 construction - I could hear beeping of construction equipment backing up, scraping of what sounded like metal excavators on cement, and booms of what sounded like blocks of cement being dropped in dump trucks. The other 3 nights of my stay didn't have that issue. The construction related detours and lane closures also makes driving the area a bit trickier. The I-35 frontage road between Stassney Rd and Ben White Blvd is also not pedestrian friendly as it lacks paved sidewalks in some areas."

"The breakfast was very good, the room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. "

"Things happen.. found used condom on bedroom floor which they came the very next morning and cleaned our entire suite for us. The staff and housekeeping were very nice. The pullout isn’t for an adult. Had stains which I bought stuff to clean it but my 18 year old son had to sleep on small couch with legs on floor and he is 6 feet tall and scoliosis so basically no bed. The mattress for the pullout was very thin and bar in middle of it stuck in his back. The gym was nice and we liked the hotel being tucked away. "
