With 3 bedrooms—each with an en-suite bathroom—and approx. 107 m² of space, it's the perfect place to unwind in comfort. The cozy living room features a smart TV and a spacious dining area, while the modern open kitchen includes a cooking island, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, and a filter coffee maker.

Step from the living room onto your private terrace, partly covered and equipped with garden furniture. Enjoy serene views and pure relaxation in your private outdoor wellness area, complete with a traditional barrel sauna and a hot tub. Whether you’re starting your morning with a peaceful soak or ending the day under the stars, this garden is made for recharging.

Well-Equipped for a Carefree Stay
One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower) is located on the ground floor—ideal for accessibility. Upstairs, two more bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. There are also separate toilets on both floors. Additional features include free WiFi, underfloor heating, two private parking spaces, and a secure bike storage with an e-bike charging point.
For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 300 / 500 may apply.
