For shared use: 2 swimming pools angular (20 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, tennis, boccia. Shop, grocery 800 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 800 m, bus stop "Font Mourier" 600 m, sandy beach "Marines de Gassin" 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, sailing school 2 km, minigolf 2 km. Nearby attractions: Parc d'attractions Azur Park 2 km, Port Grimaud 3 km, Saint Tropez 10 km, Pampelonne 10 km, Cannes 84 km, Nice 110 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Le lac de Sainte Croix 92 km. Hiking paths: Le Massif de l'Esterel 50 m. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates.
