酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不 好，扣分。

We really enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott. The hotel is spotless and the staff was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were very responsive to any request. The pool was amazing! Maybe the best pool in Nairobi. The rooms were very nice and clean but missing simple things like a bottle opener (to open the water provided) and silverware. I'd stay here again.

Two restaurants, a gym and a swimming pool on premises. Shops and restaurant right across the street. Staff very helpful and took care of any issue I had right away. Rooms cleaned any 2 days of the week.Fairly priced rooms. Very quiet. I'll stay there again.
