This was misleading, the room that I booked was definitely not the one in the pictures, it was old out of date, dirty, the air conditioner barely worked, it was clicking on and off all night, kept me up, my son was flicking spiders of the sofa bed, the ice machine dirty, the door would lock but cracks, most horrible experience I’ve had with an hotel, looks run down outside, only 4 cars in the parking lot and I see why… just glad it is over with and headed home! Wish I would have taken pictures…: especially of the air conditioners!

Wish I knew before booking that the room I was staying in would mean having to walk to get to the pool. I picked the two queen bedroom and aside from having to walk it would be nice to have known beforehand that the pool with the waterfall that’s in the pics would be closed for renovations. When we got to our room the first thing we saw outside our door was that housekeeping left the trash and pillows out there. I let the reception staff know and it took well over an hour or two for someone to get it out of the way.

We love this hotel! We’ve stayed 2 years in a row. It’s a bit sketchy being higher up and on the balcony because some of the balconies are missing screws. When we were there last time there was a bear in the parking lot for 2 nights straight so absolutely do not leave any food out. The fountain hasn’t worked in the 2 years we’ve been staying. They said our hotel wasn’t ready yet so they would call they never called us so we can get into the room. When we got into the room it was messy. The floor wasn’t cleaned, swept, or mopped there was an old cookie and crumbs still laying in the floor.

The front desk was sketch asking to sign paperwork about dining your photo and information for marketing purposes. The shower didn’t work in the main bathroom and the tv wouldn’t change channel. The stove was left on when we got there to 250(noticed while putting stuff away and it was warm by the stove. We didn’t bring food to cook). And we’re double charged for the stay once through Expedia and once upon checking in.

The condo was perfect for our group, and the beds and pillows we're super comfy. The last when I checked in was nice and helpful. It was a little crazy to find our actual unit, there are many buildings and we didn't know which one we were in.

The property was a great location. The staff were all wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Even, the resorts direct contact was great! I will say if you’re a light sleeper the rooms have the outside bright lights in them all night. It was my only dislike. It was like daylight in the room all night from the windows having no curtains in the double beds. I added one night on and I was able to get my keys to the new room before check out & did not have to wait. The team made a priority of it. The pools were great. We were able to walk anywhere in downtown we wanted. I would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. You can walk to the strip. Not hard to get to. The parking on the other hand is tricky if you have a bigger vehicle asked for a red tag parking when booking cause they only have so many. If you dont get a red tag then yoi have to park in the underground parking lot and it can be a very tight spot

So much bang for your buck! Plus extremely friendly staff. We got in at 3am and the front desk associate was chipper and personable. Fully stocked kitchen and convenient parking very close to the strip. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing wrong with the stay- but amenities such as the pool(s) were all more than a brisk walk away (easier to drive). They messaged letting us know their elevators were not working ahead of time- but I didn’t see any during my stay functional or not. If these aren’t concerns- it’s a longer walk to the strip which can be a great compromise to save on parking and walk down to the events on the main strip. I would recommend - those who are handicapped, pregnant, or otherwise not in good physical health may find it impractical to use amenities- or use room as a whole.
