As a VRBO host myself, I have pretty high standards for VRBOs and this place exceeded expectations. They really thought of all the details including dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dog leash in case you forgot one, large dog kennel, dog bowls, plenty of kids plates/cups, extra blankets, hot tub towels, lamps with device charging ports in the bedrooms, coffee k cups and bathroom toiletries. It was sparkling clean and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The location is just out of Gatlinburg. The home has plenty of room,extra large kitchen and large rooms with King beds (comfortable) and 2 comfortable Queen beds. Best stocked kitchen of anywhere we have stayed!!!

Great time in TN

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was a lot more spacious than it appeared in pictures, and the ceiling height was great. The amenities were great and the owners responded quickly when we had any questions. The location was close to downtown Gatlinburg and not too steep of a drive to the house. We started grilling the last night and saw a bear!

We loved the neighborhood and the cabin was perfect for our crew. It was very clean and appreciated the extra large kitchen and a bathroom in every room. Thanksgiving Break

Really enjoyed our stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. Great place to come back and relax after a long day of activities. Plenty of things to do around the cabin like play arcade, build a fire outside, and watch football in the theater room. The property was in a great location and easy to access. Gatlinburg traffic was easily avoided through side roads. Hope to stay again one day.

Fall Break Getaway

Beautiful family friendly location! Furniture and decor were cozy, with lots of room in the cabin. Cabin was very clean and well equipped, including a snack basket. Owners/staff were very friendly and helpful. We even had the opportunity to experience a momma bear and her two cubs!!! Fortunately, we were advised to remove any food from our vehicles and to lock the doors so the bears couldn't get in.

We loved our stay at this cabin. We were close to (5min) Gatlinburg which is a big plus for us. There was a mama bear and 2 cubs that we enjoyed watching all week from our balcony. The biggest win for us though was that each of our bedrooms had their own bathroom. Very clean.

Wonderful Vacation

We booked this home for our family of 7 & our Yorkie. We were a little apprehensive since there were no other reviews at the time of booking, but once we stepped inside the house, all of our concerns quickly faded away. We arrived late, after dark, in the rain...but the house was well lit, and seemed to beckon us to come in from the storm.The house is just as described.Clean and spacious. Everyone had their own space &their own bed; it was perfect.The owner even provided an extra large crate for our spoiled Yorkie, which she was very pleased with. (We brought her bed to put inside the crate so she would be comfortable when we went out).The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked.Water pressure was great.Showers were hot.Towels were large & fluffy. Beds & pillows were comfortable &cozy, blankets warm...all of this just went together for a great nights rest after spending the day hiking, sight-seeing, etc..We awoke the first morning to a momma bear and her 3 cubs frolicking in the yard. We didn't bother them, and they didn't bother us.One cub and mom came up onto our back porch, but we just went inside and enjoyed them from the windows.Please note that the bears are very active in this neighborhood, but we had no issues with them.DO NOT FEED THEM! The location of this house is within close driving distance to downtown.Road to it is not too windy or steep.Driveway is level with ample parking for 2 cars.Owner is very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this house.

When I tell you all the boxes was checked for this cabin. The owners did an awesome job. We didn't have to bring anything. The kitchen was overstocked with everything you will need. It was clean and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be back next year.My family said I picked a great cabin and location.
