Weekend getaway

We had a great weekend, but like all weekends, it was too short. We enjoyed the time in front of the fireplace and in the hot tub. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

No problems. Very nice cabin. I'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful cabin! Also loved the little diner just down the road, Trish's Diner! Good food and service so close! Another place for food called Cobbly Nob with a store attached just in case you need anything. 30 minute drive to pigeon forge or down town gatlinburg. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Very cute cabin!! Had everything we needed for our stay. We loved it and our kids enjoyed as well!

Great!! Will difinately be back. The smell of new wood when you walked in and the cleanliness smell just made the stay more enjoyable. Very clean, quite and had everything we would need. We had a blast!

Cute modern cabin

Cute cabin with all basic necessity in a good location. Away from town but not up on a mtn side that would make winter commute a problem. Seems to be a newer property. Fit our family of 5 well.

Paradise Destroyed

The cabin was exactly as described and very clean. The location was perfect for us to attend events at Roosevelt Lodge. The lawn maintenance all day on Saturday, the only full day we had at the property, was loud, obnoxious, and totally unexpected on a Saturday we had planned to spend resting at the property.

Worst Vacation ever!!

Do Not stay with them! The Property Manager Charles is awful and hates his job. He’s the only one to call after hrs. He’s rude and hates the WiFi setup they have there which is not our problem! . We couldn’t watch TV the whole 5 days we were there. In order to fix it, he had to go into another cabin there and when he tried too the morning of coming to ours, the people were sleeping and wouldn’t let him in!! He also came into our cabin twice with NO mask on!! At White Oak Lodge they only supply 1 key to the cabin which made it very difficult for my husband and I to go somewhere by ourselves without my other family having to come along! I did ask to have another key but I was told it would be impossible to get another one! So if you have more than one family stay with you or friends you have to leave your cabin unlocked for the others to get in! We also had to buy our own toilet paper because they only gave you a couple rolls and we stayed 5 days! One of the worst things because we are coffee drinkers was the coffee maker wouldn’t work! It was messed up and after having to deal with the Property manager and his nasty attitude and still the tv would work like it should, we wasn’t about to call him again. So we couldn’t even enjoy staying in in the morning for our cup of coffee. We had to go buy some. It was suppose to be mine and my husbands 25th anniversary trip we canceled our Disney trip and decided to stay closer to home and try out Gatlinburg Tennessee!! Never again!! We will stick to our Cabin in Maggie Valley! They know how to treat their guests!! We are easy going people but this just couldn’t be left unsaid!!

Wonderful clean and friendly staff.

Easy check in process. Our cabin was brand new and wonderful. The hot tub was a nice treat at the end of the night! Highly recommend us stay here.
