Pros: condo was very clean, location was perfect to walk downtown Gatlinburg, pool was nice and clean, jacuzzi in master bathroom was wonderful, staff was friendly and responsive
Cons: hot in the loft area but there is a ceiling fan over the queen bed, master bathroom shower is very small in which you can barely turn around in, not many kitchen dishes and pans and pans and skillets were very old and scuffed up, the dryer does not work well as it takes a long time to dry clothes and towels, narrow, spiral stairs going up to loft, no hairdryers, water in master bathroom shower takes a long while to get hot and then it will get cold and then hot without adjusting the water, room is directly as you come off the elevator which can make the guest bedroom a little noisier.
For us the cons did not make a difference as we would stay there again. We did not fix meals in the condo so the pans and dishes being sparse and old did not affect us, the narrow, spiral staircase did not bother us as we did not have to take up big luggage, I brought my own hairdryer so not having a hairdryer in the condo did not affect us, once we realized the dryer took awhile to dry clothes we adjusted accordingly so that it was not a big issue, as long as the ceiling fan was turned on our adult daughter could handle the temperature in the loft but did not use the closet as it was very hot in the closet, so the biggest con for us was the small shower with the water temperature in the master bathroom.
