“Charles was great to communicate with before and during the stay. Our battery in the door lock went dead but it was quickly remedied All three bedroom and bathrooms were as described. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. We cooked breakfast and one meal. Walking distance to the center of town. We would definitely return. ”

“The property was as beautiful as in the photos. The check in process was very easy and the checkout process was very clear. We enjoyed the coffee bar, games, and snacks that were provided. We enjoyed the pool with children ages 3 and up. We saw a black bear while hanging out on the spacious deck and it was a highlight of our time. “The location cannot be beat! Walkable to everything in Downtown Gatlinburg which made it so we almost never had to drive. Scott was incredibly responsive, even shipping us a full size air mattress at our request, same day, to accommodate my older son. The unit has laundry facility, 2 pools (one heated indoor that my younger son loved), enough of a kitchen to prepare light breakfast or lunch in unit so you don't have to eat out every meal. If you want to be close to the action in the downtown……
