This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The upstairs loft has one queen bed and a twin bed. Downstairs the living area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The downstairs guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Little stuff

The property could have been clean better, we found trash on the floor no dust pan to pick up the trash. The property could use some dusting like around the lamps and the curtain rods, etc. I would stay again and I would also recommend to other.

Girls Trip

10 ladies from around the U.S. met and stayed here for our annual girls trip to a different location each year. Close to the main strip with a very scenic view from our balcony. Requests from office for items were filled with no problem. Plenty of parking and accommodated a friend who also had a small trailer with her. For those who go to bed early, the noise level was blocked nicely when the doors were shut from the night owls!! We did ask for a fan for those sleeping in the loft and a blade broke on 1st use. Would recommend this location.

Pleasantly surprised

The unit was suitable for our needs (short weekend trip, on a budget); however, there are some small maintenance type issues that probably need dealt with (mostly cosmetic- missing caulk, peeling and mismatched bathroom floor, etc etc) and some larger cleaning issues that could easily be improved upon (moldy shower lining, stained sheets on box springs, articles of clothing left behind from past renters, etc). We loved how easy it was to rent at park place, enjoyed the quiet pool, thought the nearby river was so beautiful, and were extremely pleased with the location (the new carpet was also a pleasant surprise!). Fixing those maintenance and cleaning issues would make this place top notch.

Este lugar es excelente, super cercano a todo y tiene todo lo que te ofrecen, definitivamente lo volveria a alquilar y lo recomiendo. Lo unico que me dio un poco de miedo es que en las noches caminaba un oso enorme en los pasillo. Subia hasta el tercer piso.

Lovely condo but could be more comfortable

It is a nice, clean place but the beds are very uncomfortable (I slept in the upstairs queen bed, the upstairs twin bed and the fold out couch bed). The listing shows bunk beds in the upstairs bedroom but the top bunk has been removed which could potentially be a problem for some who are counting on using it. The location is great and I loved the balcony over the river.

Park place was a great condo with ease of access to downtown gatlinburg and the gatlinburg bypass to miss all that traffic. It was clean and nice inside.

Great Mini-vacation

Perfect location on the edge of Smoky Mountain NP and the fun of Gatlinburg. Close to hiking in the mountains and shopping in town. Roomy enough for everyone to have their own space. We had a DVD player that was broken and the manager responded quickly and brought us another one.
