This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living room area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Very nice clean condo in a great location.

We did a lot of walking. Walked the strip several times as well as the Gatlinburg trail out to Cataract Falls. Condo was clean. The carpet had been replaced. The green carpet in the pictures is gone.

We all had a great time!

It was a great location. Being able to walk around Gatlinburg without a car was so much better than driving to town and fighting traffic. Great food and great fun. There is so much we wanted to do that we did not get around to in just a few days. We are thinking we need another visit!

Great stay in Gatlinburg

The condo was easy to find and well-located just off the strip at the far end near the park entrance. We walked to the aquarium which is the other end and it was not an issue at all. The condo has new carpets and is even nicer than in the pics. We had 4 boys with us (11, 9, 8, and 5) and this place worked out great. They slept 2 to a bed in the guest room and being able to cook here saved us quite a bit of time, $, and frustration. Boys were able to play while we got things ready. We used the pool/hot tub many times and while they're not huge they were plenty big to cool off and have fun. Would absolutely recommend to a family looking for a nice place with a good location. The only issue we had was a shortage of silverware and a quick trip to the office took care of that. Everything else was clean and as expected. Condo was quiet from neighbors and the creek has some small waterfalls that are overlooked by the balcony. Really sets a nice ambiance for sleeping with the doorwall open.
