「When I first arrived I was very disappointed in the hotel room I received. After messaging the hotel they fixed the problem I had, immediately. I had a great stay. I also got to see a bear 30 seconds from the property which was amazing. I’ve been to gatlinburg several times and that was my first time seeing a bear. 」

「My husband and I stayed for our 10 year Anniversary. We loved it here! Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We will be back again soon 」

「I loved the fact that although it was walking distance from town, it was not on the main street, so getting in and out was no problem. We were also very happy with the homey atmosphere. As to dislike, there was really only one thing, and that was because I wasn't aware that they didn't supply toiletries, so we had to make a quick trip to the drug store for shampoo and soap for the shower. 」

「The property is beautiful, what was an issue was the fact that the air conditioner did not work on the first floor. So whenever we came in after an outing, we retreating to the lower level. But other than that we truly enjoyed. We are planning a trip back in August for my birthday. We need 4-5 bedrooms. Any suggestions?」

「The condo was exactly as described. It was perfectly clean on the inside, and the perfect size for the two of us that just needed a weekend away. Directions for check in and out were very clear and easy to follow. It’s about a ten minute walk to the strip, which saved money and headache from trying to find parking and fighting traffic. 「We were not told about the construction across the driveway, one of the reasons we chose this property was the picture showed a nice yard. There was no yard due to the construction and was muddy where the trucks had been, no grass to walk dog.」

「Lovely little cabin with a great layout for our family. The two porches were awesome for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Hot tub was great after long hikes. Loved the proximity to the National Park and getting into town. Our kids loved the game room downstairs. Would definitely love to stay here again!」
