Loved how nice employees were. Mary at front desk was very helpful. She offered us water, free breakfast and engaged in nice talk. Room attendant brought us a new refrigerator and fixed power cord. Will come again.

Overall a very nice place. TV though was barely functional. The remote had a missing back cover so the battery was constantly falling out. And then I had to finagle with the HDMI to even get a signal to watch anything. Otherwise though everything else was great

Hosts were very communicative, attentive to our needs ( shoveled driveway and shoveled snow off our car ). We had to extend our stay due to weather and they gladly extended us for two additional days. We have already booked the unit for two separate nights this year. Unit was clean, comfortable, ...

Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The house was perfect for our family, kids loved the ping pong table and dvd selection. Great location, easy to find, and loved the neighborhood holiday lights!
