She had coffee, creamer, tea, towels, hairdryer everything we would need for our stay. The location was great for everything we wanted to do."

"Absolutely LOVED this place!! The owners are super sweet and very helpful. I took the wrong turn and ended up having to call them at 2am and he gave me Directions on how to get to the correct spot. Helped me unload. Place is very clean and rustic. I loved the big windows and heated floor! Very quiet place if you are looking for a little bit of seclusion but not too far away from town. Saw a little bit of wildlife out there as well. Will definitely book again! "

"To those who might temper expectations around what an Alaska small town VRBO might look like, you would be misguided to do so with the VRBO at 1125 Cliff View Place in Seward. The place is gorgeous. It was clean and modern, offering a great view of the nearby lagoon, Seward boat harbor, and mountains of Resurrection Bay. If you are in town and in need of a place to stay, you can’t go wrong with this one."

"The apartment is clean and comfortable with fun, eclectic decor. The bed was comfortable, linens nice and the ability to adjust the temperature was perfect. Lisa is an amazing hostess and her attention to detail made our stay incredible. She went above and beyond in helping to orientate us prior to our trip to ensure we made the most of the Fur Rondy. She even left out programs and maps to help us get going as soon as we arrived. In every way she made the stay welcoming and memorable."

"Hotel is a vintage building. Room was small but very clean. Bathroom was vintage but water pressure and temp were fine. It took awhile to get into the building and reach our room because we couldn’t get someone to answer the phone and give us the entry code to the building and our room. Picture on website was not an accurate representation of our room. Would not recommend if you have difficulty climbing steps. "

"This place had everything that we needed. It had comfortable beds, a nice kitchen for preparing our own meals, and close proximity to downtown Fairbanks -- all at a fair price. The only glitch was in the initial booking with VRBO. Shortly after successfully booking it, the manager contacted us to say that an error had been made, leading it to be double-booked. "I really enjoyed my two night stay here. The place is set up for only one person, which was fine because it was just me, but it is set up very nicely! It was basically priced much better than any local hotels, but much nicer than a hotel and they don’t have an outrageous cleaning fee. I will definitely be coming back."
