「This is a basement apartment that is completely dated. I pulled back the bedding to find multiple large hair balls on the bottom sheet obviously hadn’t been washed. The bathroom has no hot water to the sink so it is terrible for hand washing. The shower hot and cold water are reversed so when you think you are turning it to hot it is actually cold. The TV has no local channels and could not be turned on using the remote. 」

Ideal central location to all Anchorage has to offer and day trips North and South. Having a useable garage is a necessity when the weather becomes unfriendly. 「The Downtown cottage was perfect for our 3 days. 2 nights in Anchorage. Check-in was easy and the host provided details before we arrived. The home had everything we could need. With 2 teenagers in our family of 4, everyone had their space. It was very conveniently located. 」

There was major work being done on the road ways next to our bedroom windows that was something the owners were notified of. We were not told about it and they work until 10-1030pm at night.
