Wingate by Wyndham Anchorage Downtown/Ship Creek

Wingate by Wyndham Anchorage Downtown/Ship Creek

8/10 Good
"The hotel room was clean and nice. The only thing that I have to share with the public is that you need to accept that you are staying in a hotel that is right next to the train station and train tracks. The train whistle and sound of the engine noise continues throughout the day and night. We drowned out all of it by having our music on or TV."

10/10 Excellent
"Very lovely resort in the most beautiful place! My son and I stayed for one night on our way to Seward. The room was nicely maintained and the beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains did the job! We ate dinner at A Bar and it was cozy and the food (halibut fish and chips) was really good. The next day, we did the breakfast buffet and it was worth it for the reindeer sausage, pastries, and yogurt bowls. We would absolutely stay again!"

Coast Inn at Lake Hood

Coast Inn at Lake Hood

10/10 Excellent
"We booked a one-night stay at Coast Inn before a long flight from Anchorage to Washington DC. Check-in was very easy, and the counter agent friendly and helpful. The Inn was clean, had a very comfortable bed, and a nice sitting area with fireplace. The Piper restaurant provided three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with a courteous and friendly staff. Did not get to use the amenities (exercise room, etc.), but they looked to include well maintained equipment. Overall, a good choice close to the airport located on Lake Hood."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Puffin Inn. It was great for our family and in addition to a central location, had wonderful staff and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was very nice and we appreciated the airport shuttle and workout room. We also loved the special touches with the puffin motif. Thank you for such a nice experience."
