「Location was in area I wanted to stay. Property is somewhat dated although it appears enhancements were made over the years. Mixed reviews on staff, some are helpful but others require you to ask the right question to get an answer. Property allows you to charge parking in adjacent lot and charge it to your room - but - they don’t know what they’re doing. They charged me for parking and didn’t report it properly to utility and I’m now trying to resolve extra costs between utility and car rental...

「Shortly after arriving, told we couldn’t use the front door or elevator, once in the room realized the power was out. Paid for breakfast with our reservation, but the next morning was told it was not available. Ice machine didn’t work, when I asked the front desk was told I could find the info about ice machines in the elevator.」
