「This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also .」

「This property is set in a beautiful hillside location with stunning surroundings. The grounds are spacious, and the rooms are large and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shared jacuzzi and the thoughtfully designed common areas, which provided plenty of space to relax and unwind. 「Booked two rooms here and the front desk said I only had booked one. We had a long travel day, so once we got in the room after my shower- looked it up and lo and behold we had booked 2 rooms. They gave us the keys to other other room. Not a big deal, but annoying. The second issue was they hadn’t written us down on the shuttle schedule. 「The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!」
