“It was a wonderful home away from home for 28 days!!! We were there over the holidays and was SO happy to see a little Christmas tree had been set up for us!!! Having the laundry right there for us to use was fantastic. The heated garage was a God send in the -40 weather. The backyard trees covered in snow was like a winter wonderland every time we opened the curtains. Very well stocked kitchen...we cooked & baked and everything we needed was available. 15 minutes to the heart of downtown……

“The tiny treehouse was a fun stay. I loved the hammock. That is a great touch. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub or sauna, but its great that those are options. Devin was great to work with and is very accommodating. Easy check-in and convenient parking. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would stay here again if we return to Fairbanks.”

“The house was great—cozy, well stocked for actual living with a kitchen with cooking tools to prepare real meals. Comfy beds and living room, and, solid internet. We loved coming home here! Good distance from town for less light pollution, but still close for errands. We had no issue with roads during our winter stay, as the roads to the house were well maintained in our experience. The host was polite, thoughtful, and quick to help resolve a question that came up due to how I booked the……

“My wife and I really enjoyed this property. It was really quite nice, comfortable and it's exactly as you see it in the pictures. I loved the toothbrushes and other amenities offered. The shower was perfect as well, especially when it's -45 outside. We will definitely be reserving this place again the future. The hosts did a wonderful job of communicating, and it made everything that much easier. It was the perfect place for us! We'll be back!”

“This was the perfect getaway for my partner and I. It was small but quite comfortable! We only used the shared bathhouse for restroom needs, which was clean for the most part but as the water was running, we did notice a sulfur smell. Not sure if this is normal for the area or for how the vacation homes are set up, but something to be aware of. Overall, it was a great experience and I also want to mention that the bed was THE most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on while on vacation! ”
