“The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. She cried when she saw them. The owner was nice to remove some of the spider webs. But the bugs was the bigger issue for us. I wasn’t very……

“I chose this hotel because of its affordable price and proximity to MXP airport. There are also supermarkets and restaurants about 1 kilometer away, and it's close to the town center. The hotel has an open-air parking lot, making parking convenient, but the lobby and room facilities are outdated.”

However, water is charged in the room which is not an expected situation as the price range of this hotel is not a cheap one. The shower floor is extremely slippery, especially after using hair conditioner. It is dangerous for elders and children as there isn’t any mat or handles. For the day we check in, we took the free bus from airport and walk a long path that is not friendly for large luggage. Overall, quite……
