「Front desk and cleaning staff were good to deal with and they did give us a welcome gift, which was nice, but the suite itself was a bit dirty when we arrived (stains on the carpet, dirt on the carpet, glassware looked dirty, stains on the bedding, etc.) — at least aesthetically— and the locations is quite loud.
