「Supervriendelijke mensen. Heel gastvrij. Zij spraken alleen spaans, wij alleen engels, maar we kwamen er wel uit. De keuken was eenvoudig maar alles voldoende aanwezig voor ons. 」

「Our family stayed in the house for a couple of days and were really made to feel at home by Javier and Estíbaliz who prepared us a home cooked meal for our arrival (delicious croquetas and tortilla) as we were arriving late. The views were fantastic and the kids really enjoyed pool and pool table! Would highly recommend.」

「We have very much enjoyed our stay at Astei - Okana House. This is a beautiful and peaceful place, with a very well equipped and spacious apartment. The host Mertxe Begiristain is very friendly and helpful. Our kids had all the freedom to run around and play in the large barn.」

「We had a perfect stay for 5 days. The flat is equipped with everything you need. The garden and the surrounding of the house is like heaven. It is quit, everything is green and calm. 10 min. By car to a beautiful beach und to the supermarket. I highly recommend this places. "Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
