Just like last summer we spend our vacation with two families in this beautiful house in Gavi. It’s a beautiful place to relax. We absolutely love the house, the spacious garden, the refreshing swimmingpool, etc.etc. The house owner is also very kind and responds quickly to questions.

We stayed with two families in this beautiful house on the hill. We enjoyed the garden with its various terraces, the lovely swimming pool, the playground for the kids and the comfortable hammock of course. The house has many rooms and gives enough privacy for all the family members. The kitchen has all you need and even more. We loved the furnishing of the house, which is obviously done with a lot of love and dedication. The environment is more than beautiful and we enjoyed the views from the garden. There is more than enough to see and to do in the neighborhood (like a very nice waterpark, almost no tourists and normal prices), but actually we preferred to stay in our ‘own’ pool and relax in the garden :)

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille. Nous avons pu rester quasiment tout le temps dehors car l'extérieur est bien aménagé, avec de l'ombre, grande table, barbecue... Le propriétaire et son équipe sont très réactifs en cas de problème, c'est appréciable.

We had a perfect stay with our 2 adult children. Good location to go sight seeing and perfect pool to stay a day around the house. Very clean and cozy with the separate dining room and living with three good couches to read books and papers. Highly recommended!

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit drei sechs Erwachsenen und sechs Kindern (6,4,3,1,1,1) in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist super ausgestattet: in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht, Spielzeug, Sandelsachen,… In drei der Schlafzimmer kann man ein Babybett unterbringen. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß auf dem riesigen Grundstück und im Pool. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir haben unserer Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haus und Garten sind noch schöner als auf den Fotos und besonders haben uns wir die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit gefallen. Es ist ein perfekter Ort für einen Familienurlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Leuk verblijf gehad met vrienden en familie in de toffe vakantiewoning in Gavi. Zeer rustig gelegen, maar al bij al toch dichtbij voorzieningen, wijndomeinen en resto 's.

We were two families with 4 adults and 5 children aged 8-12. The property was very functional and had everything ++ what we needed. The yard was good sized and offered a lot of activities for children. The pool was excellent! Only minus was the distance to the restaurants and shops . Communication with the owner was fluent and precise. Beautiful place and we recommend to have one sinner at the villa with the help of a lovely lady working at the property! Thank you!

Wir waren drei Familien und haben eine wunderbar relaxte Woche in dem Haus im Piemont verbracht. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da und hatten wieder den Eindruck, dass das Haus samt Garten Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern ist. Der Gastgeber Francesco ist fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Er ist gut zu erreichen und antwortet prompt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is even better than it is in the photo's, beautifully renovated, lovely interiors and lots of character. It was clean and very spacious. The owners were great at communicating with us and we were welcomed with a lovely selection of food and a bottle of wine. There was plenty of toys and games for the children and they loved the pool & football goals (the pool was safely fenced off which really helped with young kids). There were even 4 bikes we could use. It was very hot when we went and there was no air conditioning however there was plenty of fans. Advised to rent a car as it is essential for visiting restaurants in the area (lots of nice places to eat within 15-20 min drive), also take insect repellent as the green countryside is beautiful but the insects love it too!

Ce qui frappe en arrivant c’est le charme, l’élégance et la quiétude des lieux. Tout ce que l’oeil perçoit séduit instantanément : la jolie maison rose aux volets verts, la tonnelle de verdure qui abrite une grande table en fer forgé, la pelouse soignée agrémentée de fleurs et bosquets, le salon de jardin en rotin; plus loin, la piscine au centre un immense terrain encadré d’arbres fruitiers, etc... Même ravissement en découvrant l’intérieur rénové avec beaucoup de soin, de goût et de cœur. Le choix des matériaux de qualité , le souci du beau, du détail et du confort donnent à la maison une atmosphère authentique et chaleureuse, on s’y sent « chez soi ». Cette maison lumineuse a une âme et c’est très apaisant et ressourçant. Tout dans la propriété est pensé pour le bien-être de ses occupants. Évidemment la literie est confortable et les serviettes de toilette élégantes et moelleuses. Évidemment les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous ne les avons pas rencontrés mais nos échanges de sms ont été chaleureux. À recommander vivement à ceux qui apprécient le beau, le confort, l’espace, la nature et la tranquillité.

Perfect property for families with young children. Fenced garden, fenced pool, all staircases in house have fences at top and bottom, playground, soccer pitch,... optional service offered for shopping and cooking was much appreciated. Very tasty!

Das Haus strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus, liegt sehr ruhig inmitten der Piemonteser Hügel in einer herrlichen Gartenanlage. Die Betreuung durch die Besitzer war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend! Es mangelte an nichts, wir konnten sehr gut abschalten und den Urlaub genießen.

Perfectly located house in a beautiful environment, surrounded by nature. A quiet and calm house to relax with the family, be they young or old. We spent a week there, everybody loved it. The garden, the pool, the small football pitch, and the playground for kids. Just perfect if you like this region.The owner was friendly and very helpful. The lady that takes care of the house also proposed to make local food for us at a reasonable price. It was just wonderful. Thank you all for a great and relaxing stay. Henri
