Close to everything

This was a nice house in a great location. So close to the snowmobile trail (#7). There is a long driveway so you can unload at the back door. Downtown is a couple blocks away. We enjoyed the stay.

Comfortable and Convenient

We really enjoyed our stay. Walkable to restaurants and ice cream shop. Brennons coffee shop was close as well. We would consider staying again when back in town.

Great place in town, close several restaurants

This cute home was perfect for my business trip to Gaylord. I had to bring my dogs on this trip so the fenced in yard was perfect. The house is larger than it looks and walking distance to several restaurants & breweries. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Only complaint was I wish I would have brought my own pillows. Five stars, would stay again!

Northern Michigan Vrbo

We used this rental for a base while skiing at Boyne Mountain and Schuss Mountain. It is a great unit with a lot of room and conveniently located just north of downtown in Gaylord. I highly recommend this rental.

Felt like home

Everything was easy. House is great for groups. Three of us stayed but easily could have had three more. Central location is waking distance from Downtown and a few blocks from the bike trail. The kitchen is spacious. The host readily available (front electric lock batteries died) with solutions to our minor issue. Great weekend.

Cleanliness was definitely provided for our visit. House was absolutely amazing and spacious ! Private back yard, for visiting. Kitchen supplied needed amenities. And our host was available to help with questions and concerns. Will be booking again.

Nice house to stay in on our golf trip. It is a little dated but provided all of the necessities. The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the door code. The price of this property was very reasonable.

This Is a very charming older home in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, comfortable, and close to the elk park, restaurants, shopping; really just a great location for any activities in or near Gaylord. We were really surprised at how quiet the area was, especially at night. We could even just take a walk right from the home to the downtown area. Our host communicated quickly and was helpful with restaurant suggestions. We all really liked Rise and Dine! We would stay there again.

Gorgeous home in downtown gaylord

Stayed here for a few days while I was in town for work. The house is beautiful and close to everything downtown. The owner is quick with responses and extremely accommodating. Would stay here again as my first choice in the area

Nice, Convenient Place to Stay in Gaylord

After entering from outside via steps, the interior is all on one floor. Worked great for senior visitors who struggle to navigate stairs and steps. Great for a northern Michigan get-together in Winter.
