I’ve never left a rating this low, and honestly, I won’t recommend staying here. It’s a self check-in hotel with no front desk support. On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. I stayed for six nights, and this happened repeatedly. To get access, I had to call the helpline multiple times (I’m using an overseas mobile). Each call kept me on hold for about 15–20 minutes, and the issue was never properly resolved. After I finally got in, I was locked out again just a few days later. I was left outside for an hour. If they don’t fix this problem, don’t book. That said, everything else is fine: the rooms are spacious and clean, the location is close to the subway station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There’s no washing machine in the room, but there’s a laundromat close by.

My stay was such a great experience. Hotel staff is so friendly always waving good morning and goodnight. Love that there is a door code at late night hours for added safety. Such a spacious room that was full sized, perfect for me and my best friend. Highly recommend for young travelers for safety and convenient transportation a couple blocks from grand central and all major sights! Will definitely be booking again for my next trips to NYC.

房間算乾淨，位置也不錯，是長島市很棒的選擇，比較值得注意的是沒有櫃檯和服務人員（代表我提前到達時無法寄放行李），是公寓式酒店，而且沒有wifi，介意這兩點的人要注意

Absolutely loved the location and welcoming staff! Our tiny room with 2 twin beds reminded me of a charming Paris hotel, except smaller. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was very nice. No mini frig in case you want to chill anything or save your leftovers. Waking up well after sunrise to a very dark room was a bit disorienting, our window faced a brick wall, that’s NYC if you want to enjoy an historic location and easily walk to so many fantastic places & restaurants. We did have a last minute snafu -after recommendations to use their car service to the airport instead of…, made a reservation for the next day. There apparently was some confusion about the reservation with the next day’s changed staff, and we ended up leaving 25 minutes later than planned. (Stressful drive to JFK) Despite that, it was a great visit & I hope to stay again - and maybe I will be able to upgrade to a view!
