Lastadia Apartment With A River View Within Old Town Of Gdansk

Lastadia is a modern apartment building located at the Motlawa river within The Old City. It has a beautiful view of Motlava river, enclosed courtyard with a playground and 24 hour monitoring. The building has a reception with friendly staff.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a lounge with a kitchen annex, a bathroom and a toilette. There is also a balcony with the view to the river. Overall it is 65 sq meters of space which makes a comfortable rental for 5 people (3 single beds, 1 kingside bed, baby cot on request). The apartment is located on the 1st floor, there is a lift and a disable access.
The apartment is fully equipped with the television and DVD player, CD player, washing machine, dish washer, toaster, electric kettle, fridge with the freezer. In case of hot summer there are fans.
There is a high-speed internet (the password will be provided for the guests).
Lastadia is a fairly quiet place and perfect location for those who want to rest after a busy day of sightseeing. However it is only 7-10 minutes walk from the heart of the city- the Old Town which makes it convenient for enjoying all the entertainment provided by the city of Gdansk but also to relax in the quietness of the apartment. Within 10 minutes walk you can see Royal Mail, Neptun Fountain, City Hall, Golden Gate, take a trip on the water tram and many others. There is a fantastic choice of restaurants nearby with the cuisine from all over the world.
Lastadia is about 20-30 minutes away from Gdansk airport (by taxi). The apartment is also within the walking distance of the main railway station.
For your comfort and use we welcome you with some basic supplies in the fridge like milk, water, white and red wine. There is also coffee and tea. If you wish to have some extra supplies at your arrival please let us know in advance to allow some time to organise it for you.

Sehr zentral gelegene schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer bewachten Anlage. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist gegen Aufpreis auch erhältlich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Man braucht ca. 10 Minuten zur Altstadt und ca. 20 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Es sind reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Für uns als Deutsche war es etwas schade, dass es keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme gab.Aber da wir gutes Wetter hatten, haben wir uns viel draussen aufgehalten.Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Lovely Modern Apartment

Stayed for 5 nights with 2 other adults, the apartment is within a private courtyard with a 24hr reception and is right on the river, small play area in the courtyard with plenty of grass for any kids. Arrived to a pleasant welcome with 2 bottles of wine and a very large bowl of (rather delicious) cherries slong with coffee, tea, milk & sugar. Apartment location was good, on the river but still only a 10min walk to the old town. Having never been to Poland before I wasn't sure what my expectations were, but the old town was lovely with plenty to see and do. Eating out is pretty cheap for really nice food, eating in was nice as well and eve cheaper, most of the grocery stores had a delcatesen area where fresh meat and cheeses could be bought, we found a large fruit and veg market and bought plenty to keep us going. I would really ecommend staying in this apartment, close to the town centre without any of the noise, Anna will even organise a taxi to pick you up at the airport and you know that you aren't being ripped off with the fare (other friends that travelled on the same flight had a much larger taxi fare to go a shorter distance).

The property has everything you need newer apartment, very close to Old town easy walk

The listing description is accurate the apartment is in a very nice complex with grocery stores very close by. Public transportation is very accessible and so is the walk to Old town Gdansk. There's a lot to do in the area from touring cathedrals, massive castles, miles of beaches and an old town that is full of Great restaurants and extremely scenic views. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and as the description says it has a full functioning kitchen, electronics and is in a secure location. I gave this apartment five stars it lived up to everything that was described and more.
