Karolina was exceptionally helpful in arranging airport pickup, tour, and other travel details. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. They even provided sandwiches to take along for a tour with an early morning departure time. I easily recommend Betmanowska when visiting this beautiful city.」

Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war das man für diese Preislage auch noch seinen Müll selber entsorgen musste. Der Abfallraum in der Tiefgarage ist nicht gerade einladend schon alleine vom Geruch her.」
