The property is beautiful! It’s right off the main square and by the river. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The front desk was beyond accommodating and the bartender can make great drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

FREE BED BUGS: we noticed a large bug with several small moving dots. Immediately grabbed our drinking and wine glasses and covered the insects which were on the white mattress and comforter. Packed our luggage and reported it to the night desk clerk. He was surprised but offered no assistance. Requested confirmation of our concerns. He could leave the front desk. We requested security guard who was courteous. He looked and confirmed bed buds and took photos. He reported it the night clerk who said we are fully booked but offered us free breakfast. We asked for other hotels but no assistance. We said we are not staying in that room . We requested to sleep in the lobby. No pillows, blankets or cots offered. So we stayed all night like homeless couple while guest were coming in and out. In the morning Day Manager stayed they have a room before we checkout to freshen up and offered free breakfast. Explaining that these bugs are typical since maids open the windows while cleaning the room and they enter. Really! And you don’t address it. We said that we should not pay for this room. Manager we should hear a decision in a couple days which must be made by upper management. 10 days pass and not a single word, call, email, etc. Hotel is nice and close to everything but I DON’T WANT BUGS IN MY BED.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Excellent hotel
Booked normal room and got luxurious suite both for me and my business colleague, excellent location and rather wonderful hotel. Very decent breakfast, nothing to complain ❣️

Very central, professional front desk and clean!
Great location, in the middle of the old town! Front desk are very knowledgeable, polite and kind people!
Thank you to Cerang, at the front office for the welcome gift, upgrading the room and making our short trip very enjoyable! Such a caring and nice experience with the hotel front office made us to enjoy lovely and colourful town. The room was spacious and very clean!
First time in Gdansk, and definitely the place to come back! Highly recommend Radisson Blu! Thank you for your hospitality!

Helt ok hotell, men absolutt ikke noe mer.
Helt ok hotell, men absolutt ikke de 5 stjernene de markedsfører seg med. Til det er kaffemaskinen, frokostbuffeten og servicen for dårlig. Drinkene i baren var heller ikke spesielt gode. Videre lukte det svært ille av avløpene på badet, en evig eim av kloakk som ikke forsvant etter rengjøring, eller ved å helle vann i avløpene. Unødvendig å si kanskje, men dette hotellet velger vi ikke igjen om vi skal til Gdansk i fremtiden.
