Overall Okay
We booked the superior room for 3 nights supposedly with river view. We wanted to book this hotel since in their promotion page, the superior room is with balcony and with an open view of the river. However, we were finally given a room in the corner of the corridor and there were 2 big columns inside the room and with 2 small windows for the river view. Rather disappointed. other than this, everything looks good esp the breakfast is with high quality

The pool does not operate on a walk-in system and requires booking ahead slot which was not convenient. Even with booking slots in, the pool was incredibly busy even with both adults and children (lots of them) in the main pool which made trying to swim or using the jacuzzi impossible - which gave me a 3 star, as it was not worth paying money to use (as I had booked a room without free spa access) I also used the massage services as there was a promotional offer which was of good value. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.

Sängen knarrade s mycket att man kunde inte sova. Personalen till spat var otrevliga å hade väldigt dåligt bemötande. Polen i spat va jätte kall. Bubbelpoolen va rätt bra inget speciellt. Maten va la sådär pannkakorna smakade överkokta nudlar samt så va allt varm mat ljummen så blev kallt innan man han att sätta sig ner. Trevlig personal vid entrén. Detta hotell var inte vad jag hade förväntat mig när det är 4 stjärnor.

Good hotel, bad spa
Absolutely not to recommend if you a an expectation of a pure spa hotel. Small pool were the let way to much people inside with a lot of noice. Also very poor (close to nothing) info about spa, restaurants and so when checking in. Location is great, very good breakfast.

The hotel was lovely and very convenient for walking to the tourist sites. However, when we checked in at 01:00, received our keycards, walked all the way to our room only to find the keycards didn’t work. We had to walk all the way back to reception to get them fixed. If that wasn’t bad enough, the same thing happened the next day. Not exactly great customer service and spoiled an otherwise great time. We booked a treatment at the spa which was outstanding.
