Excellent poperty and premises. In an odd spot in the middle of Gdynia so not a lot to do outside the hotel and could be unsafe at night - NOT on the hotel grounds - but outside. Otherwise excelled food and service, great stay and excellent amenities

Good hotel

Wouldve good to mark the business room as located in separage building. We have specifically chosen the room without the out-building in descriptiob to stay in the main building. It was unfortunate that although availability of the rooms in the main building the change was not possible within our price range. Receptionists should follow the protocol of informing guests about the stay. It sounded like there is bo protocol and I had to ask about the details of the stay, even confirm what I am paying for and how much. Untypical for a good hotel. And hotel aspire to be a good one. Great breakfast, comfortable bed and bedlinen, good quality of cosmetics (although not eco friendly).

Very beautiful hotel with extraordinary personnel

We had a romantic couple trip and absolutely loved our stay! We were coming from Gdansk and the hotel is easily accesible by taxi. The room was big and very comfy, the beds and pillows were excellent. The hotel itself is VERY beautiful, my wife absolutely loved the interiors and design. Great choice for breakfast, room service is fancy. Spa is ok - very new and clean, relaxing, the choice of saunas was good. Personnel was polite and service-oriented in an extraordinary way. Also - NO kids, so we had a quiet and calm weekend. The territory is very well maintained, nice park for a nice walk. We are taking one star off for the glass door to bathroom - there was nothing romantic in that as the bathroom is one room with the toilet. So not sure where the designers were going with that but that was definitely not our favourite feature. Also the Gdynia town is nothing much really, so the surroundings further than the hotel park might not excite you.

This is a lovely property. I would say it’s more of a Relais & Chateau minus. Lighting was not great, closet was too small and had too few hangers - also they were the attached kind so difficult to use. Not the hotel’s fault, but the east chairs in the room were not comfortable for my husband, who is elderly. Amenities in the bathroom a little skimpy for a Relais & Chateaux. That said, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the spa and pool area were great, the breakfast was lovely, and the park setting was very pleasant and relaxing.

Wir haben das Zimmer mit Terasse im Nebengebäude gebucht. Unter uns befand sich der Spa Bereich mit entsprechenden Geräuschen der technischen Anlagen. Spa ist von 8-22 Uhr. Das Personal des Hotels war sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Mitarbeiter sprach sogar deutsch. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein sehr schöner Spa Bereich mit 15 Meter Schwimmbecken und 2 Saunen. Für 10 Tage war uns das Zimmer etwas zu klein(Sachen verblieben im Koffer, wenig Abstellmöglichkeit der Kosmetik im Bad). Die Möglichkeit der schnellen Verbindung nach Sopot/Danzig mit den Öffis ist sehr gut. Vom Hotel zum Bahnsteig gerade mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Einfach toll, wir kommen gar nicht heraus aus dem Schwärmen! Wunderschönes Hotel in einem (öffentlich zugänglichen) Park. Alice im Wunderland guckt schelmisch um die Ecke, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Nur kleine Details beziehen sich auf dieses Thema. Das Allergrößte und Wertvollste an dem Hotel ist jedoch das Personal, vor allem beim (außergewöhnlich guten) Frühstück. Schon am zweiten Tag kannte man nicht nur unsere Zimmernummer, sondern auch unsere Vorlieben und Wünsche. Ja - es ist ein Hotel mit nur 30 Zimmern, da kann man individueller auf den Gast eingehen als in großen Häusern. Trotzdem - wir waren von dieser Aufmerksamkeit begeistert! Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Zimmerreinigung. Während es im gesamten Hotel sauber aussah, ließ die Reinigung in unserem Zimmer stark zu wünschen übrig. Eine tote Spinne im Eingangsbereich zur Terrasse lag dort gut sichtbar fast während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes. Die Bäder wurden nicht regelmäßig gewischt. Und wir hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass es massiven Personalmangel gab… Alles in allem empfehlen wir das Hotel gern weiter. Es ist eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, dort Urlaub zu machen, zumal das Adults-Only-Konzept innerhalb des Hauses strikt eingehalten wurde.

Das Hotel und seine unmittelbare Umgebung ist atemberaubend. Es sieht aus wie ein kleines Schloss in einem Park. Die Inneneinrichtung weicht im positiven Sinn von der Norm ab. Es ist das beste Hotel, das wir je besucht haben. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus zuvorkommend.

Motsvarar inte riktigt förväntningarna

Jag hade förväntat mig mer av ett så här pass dyrt hotell, som ingår i Relais & Chateaux Hotel. Känns inte prisvärt och blir inte ett ställe att återvända till. Fördelar: Service minded och vänlig personal Vi fick byta rum när vi klagade på missljud direkt utanför första rummet. Andra rummet var större och bättre, mer värdigt 4 stjärnor och priset. Fin frukost för vuxna, extra kul med prosecco på buffén. En del varians på frukostutbudet från dag till dag. Fint renoverat mindre slott där man på ett fint sätt blandat gammalt och nytt. Fin liten park runt om slottet. Nackdelar: Finns ingen lobby där man kan sitta ner och prata med vänner eller ta en kaffe. Huvudbyggnaden består av en reception, frukostmatsal, restaurang, pub, vissa rum och konferensutrymmen. Slottet ligger i en förort/ bebyggelse mellan Sopot och Gdynia, men i praktiken "in the middle of nowhere", man kan ej gå till fots till shopping eller restauranger. Bil känns som ett måste. DYR parkering - 70 PLN (ca 180 SEK) per dygn. Borde ingå i det höga rumspriset då typ alla måste ha bil för att bo här. Sängarna var åt det hårdare hållet - för hårda för mig men kanske ok för den som gillar hårda. Rummen i annexet var intetsägande. Otidsenligt att ha shampo osv i små små flaskor som var av ett material som det var svårt att trycka ut innehållet ur, i synnerhet från body lotion. Helt ok SPA-område men lite intetsägande. En torrbastu, en våtbastu, en bubbelpool och en helt vanlig pool med en jetmassage.

Flott sted midt i parken, store rom, veldig bra gourmet mat, utrolig bra service og deilig SPA. Et lite stykke å gå til toget (ca. 10 min) og 30 min spasertur til stranda. Veldig fin opplevelse totalt. Kommer definitivt tilbake:-)

Trevligt hotell - precis under premiumkänsla

Trevligt och bra hotell motsvarande 4-stjärnigt. Bra service hos personalen. Ok Spa - lite tråkigt men gör grundjobbet. Fin slottspark i fin omgivning - synd att hotellet inte ligger närmare havet. Frukost 4/5 vad gäller maten 5/5 vad gäller frukostmiljön. Trevlig intro när man anländer.
