We loved the intimate rooms and spaces throughout the home. A wood burning fireplace, a ten minute walk to the beach, a well equipped kitchen, and four bedrooms made the house ideal for eight of us.

This is a wonderful, comfortable well lived older home. You can tell that this home is a treasured family heirloom, where many great memories have been made. The location is perfect. Lovely porch and patio. Kitchen is well stocked. We’d definitely stay again!

The house itself is amazing with enough room for your family, friends, and guests. It has charm and many sitting areas where people can gather. The location is ideal just being a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. All amenities were included and the house was very clean. There is a park outside your front door where people and kids can play without worries. A great spot in a wonderful town to host your next memorable gathering.

Communication with VRBO was nearly impossible, making a scheduling problem very frustrating, but VACASA was helpful. The property was very nice and clean. We enjoyed all of the spaces for our family retreat. This is a property we would rent again for a group of eight people.

House was so well appointed. We had never stayed in a home that was so decked out. And the home was so close to everything. Just walked down a short path to the beach. Will definitely try and go back!

This home has four dining areas including the patio picnic table. It’s a gorgeous property at a great location, but the interior needs updating and some TLC. We thought it would be a great place to play one of those murder mystery games. It’s in a lovely area to walk to the beach and the surrounding neighborhood is lovely.

A SUPERBLY LOCATED, ROOMY, COMFORTABLE, AND LUXURIOUS (FOR ITS TIME) RESIDENCE, RATHER LIKE A DOWAGER COASTING ON HER PAST. IDEAL FOR MULTI-GENERATIONAL FAMILY GATHERINGS AND FILLED WITH INTERESTING BOOKS, THE EVENING LIGHTING IS ABYSMAL, THE BATHING ARRANGEMENTS DATED, AND THE KITCHEN OVER-EQUPPED. DESPITE THIS, WE WOULD COME AGAIN – THIS TIME WITH A LAMP OR TWO!

This house is a blast from the past with its decor resembeling the "it look" of the 80's with its wall paper in all rooms and ruffles above the windows. The kids had a blast climbing up and down the stairs it was fun seeing their imaginations ignited. We fully enjoyed all of the various spaces to sit down like a family and enjoy a meal. We would love to come back!

Six of us stayed here and there is so much room in this house! Sunken comfortable living room. Three dining rooms. A comfortable den off the built-in bar. Upstairs had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the showers are to die for! All of us loved it and would rent it again.

We enjoyed staying at the house but the dishwasher seal leaked water, many light bulbs need replaced and the front porch door locks need to match the kitchen. Upstairs shared bathroom door knob doesn’t work, elk came through the yard and damaged some of the shrubs. The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family.

We liked the openness and airiness of the house along with the close 1/4 proximity to the beach. The ice maker and bar were a great addition as was the large living/entertaining center of the downstairs. The restaurants in nearby Seaside are good and all are first come-first served (e.g. No reservations).
