P462 is a Two bedroom unit in the Pacific Palisades on the second floor with an Ocean View.  There are stairs going up to the unit.

There is a King bed in the Main bedroom and a Queen in the second bedroom sleeps 4 only.  Included is a HD TV with Satellite and a DVD player, and CD Player to enjoy your music.

Access to building with POOL ONLY. NON SMOKING,

ALLOWS ONE SMALL DOG. PET FEE IS $20.00 PER NIGHT. NO CATS!!

**Please note this unit is accessible by stairs only**

Gearhart by the Sea is a no smoking property. Smoking is not allowed on decks or in public areas.

Cheery & Comfortable!
Our stay at this ocean view condo was delightful. Although the condo is decades old, it is nicely decorated and felt quite homey. The main living space is all windows with a beautiful view of the beach, which is just a short walk away. The kitchen is updated and had everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy & clean. Across the street is the Gearhart Hotel McMenamins, which has fun and interesting history and lore, good pub food, and great drinks/beer. We would book this condo again!

Adorable
This was a wonderful two bedroom two bath condo with an excellent ocean view. I booked this on a whim because I just needed to get away with my dog for a few days. The pictures listed do not do it justice. It literally was amazing. The mid century furniture was adorable. Thank you for having us! Oh the one thing that confused me was where to check in. Luckily I found a grounds worker that seny me in the right direction.

Colorful oasis with a view
My husband, our dog and two nephews stayed in this unit for a Fall getaway. The views and proximity to the ocean, along with the amount of space this unit has to offer made our trip incredible! Having extra sheets and blankets in the closets was nice for the cold weather, we only wish we had brought some games to play in the rain.
