「I booked a room online for my parents who are in their 80’s. I requested a handicapped room on the first floor. That request was only granted when my mother fell attempting to get up the stairs (no elevator). The room was dark and drab with an unpleasant odor. Very outdated!」

「Property was ok, but it was older and did not have an elevator. Ok for the price. Location was a small town with limited choices.」

「It’s old motel. But everything is fine. clean. Quite. Easygoing.」

「This hotel was closed with doors locked and chained shut. They should have removed the ability to book through 3rd party. Very disappointing as I booked almost 2 hours before my arrival and was then forced to drive another hour. Chat was not helpful in getting this resolved.」
