"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close ..."

"First room we were allocated had a terrible amonia smell. After calling reception we were moved very quickly to another room which was greatly appreciated. This room however didnt have a working bathroom fan. One big recommendation is to pack your pillow. The pillows in the room were terrible."
