Picked this hotel as it was near the Performing Arts Centre where we were going to a concert. Excellent location to this and nice restaurants near by. Staff very friendly & helpful. Had a studio room. Well fitted out. Highly recommend.

Clean, modern and neat rooms. Has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant check in process. And, you can take pets! On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, ask for a room on the Gheringhap St side. There is a club on the O'Farrell Pl side that goes until 5am. The music was loud, and so were the patrons who were leaving it. We advised reception on check out, who said they are looking into it.
