Hôtel resté figé dans les années 70. Essentiellement occupé par la gendarmerie, police et militaires italien. Petit déjeuner style réfectoire de chantier ne vous attendez pas à avoir une personne pour vous servir A fuir absolument

Da evitare

Struttura decadente. Nessuno al check-in. Ho dovuto chiamare al cellulare al momento del mio arrivo. Tutto deludente soprattutto bagno e doccia praticamente inutilizzabile perché ostruita. Colazione sempre possibile self service a qualsiasi ora con prodotti confezionati.

Hotel fatiscente, camera vecchia e piena di muffa a muro, assenza di prese a muro per ricaricare i propri device, bagno pulito ma in condizioni pessime, colazione scadente... si salva solo il personale gentile e disponibile. Ho pagato una camera doppia 85 euro ma forse ne valeva la metà!

Rapport Qualité prix correct

A notre arrivée, de nuit, devant l'hôtel, nous avons cru qu'il était fermé ! L'aspect extérieur n'est pas top (enseignes éteintes, rideaux des fenètres fermées, peu d'éclairage). La réception, les couloirs et même les chambres mériteraient aussi un bon rajeunissement. La salle de petit-déjeuner est similaire à une cantine. Bref il ne faut pas venir ici pour en prendre plein la vue mais, de toute façon, on ne vient pas ici pour cela. Côté positif, le personnel est serviable et a répondu favorablement à toutes nos requètes. Dans l'ensemble, les locaux sont vieux mais propres. Le lit est confortable. L'établissement, à l'entrée de la ville, est facilement accessible. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais correct. Le prix reste correct.

The stay was good, we were passing through Gela for the night. Being easy to locate and check in ticks boxes for us. It’s a bit run down on the outside but our room was fine.

No Bargain

Not good. More than ten minutes were required to get my room key. The staff did not know about my reservation, nor what to do with my paper copy of my Hotels.com reservation. No one spoke English. I attempted to communicate also in German, French, and Turkish, all to no avail. Breakfast was terrible--no meat, cheese, butter, fresh jam, juice, or milk. Bread was all packaged, and mostly sweet. For coffee, you had to wait while a man made it for you. The one guy working was otherwise busy doing chores outside the building. It was quite difficult to get an Internet connection. Even the dirt parking lot was totally unorganized. At $100+ per night, this was No Bargain.

Tratar de evitarlo dentro de lo posible.

El hotel debió ser reacondicionado hace 20 años atrás. Traten de imaginar su estado actual. Imposible ubicarlo mediante navegador satelital con la dirección suministrada. Deberían mencionar "Via Venezia" y su numeración, destacando que se encuentra en la principal vía de acceso a Gela y no en la carretera.
