「We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! 」

Si tuviese que decir algo negativo es que no hay ascensor y que para hacer el checking hay que ir a un alojamiento que está a 1,5km y que tiene un acceso incómodo pero el alojamiento merece la pena. 「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適 」

「Veldig hyggelig og rolig B&B! Bodde tre netter. Nydelig rom/suite i et stor eldre villa. Villaen er flott dekorert med blanding av antikke møbler og moderne kunst. Egen privat hage/park som hører til villaen. Sikker parkering bak elektronisk port. Fantastisk vert som hadde mange gode anbefalinger og tips til nærområdet. Frokost var av høy kvalitet. En enkel kontinental buffet med frukt, ost, skinke, italienske bakevarer. Egg og spesialkaffe på bestilling. Frokost ble servert på verandaen. 」

「Très bonne hôte. La chambre était neuve et très propre. Située en plein centre ville, pas loin du port. La hôte était très agréable, elle nous a donné des conseils, notamment pour les parkings. Les petites gourmandises ont été beaucoup apprécié ! On recommande vivement.」
