"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans le gîte de Anne et Jean-Louis. Nous étions plusieurs couples d'amis avec des enfants en bas âge.La maison est jolie, confortable et très propre. Il y a de la place dans les espaces communs du rez-de-chaussée qui sont restés frais malgré la chaleur.La cuisine est bien équipée, et il y a assez de vaisselle et de places assises pour les grandes tablées, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. "We had a great week and this house, it’s a fantastic property well equipped for 3 families with 7 children all under the age of 13. The terrace and pool area were perfect for long, lazy lunches in the sunshine. We had a slight issue with the freezer that was dealt very promptly by the helpful and friendly owners. "Cadre agréable et calme mais la maison a un grand besoin de travaux et d'aménagement neuf. L'une des salles de bain est obsolète ( douche qui fuit dans toute la pièce et meuble vasque désoclé), l'eau était brulante à la douche et peu réglable et les WC de l'étage a un mauvais débit. Meubles et lits anciens, beaucoup de vaisselle et accessoires de cuisine où on s'y perd ! L'entourage de la piscine est dangereux puisque les dalles ont beaucoup bougé et la propriétaire ne retire pas les pointes...

"Exceptional property in beautiful rural location. 18 of our family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this delightful holiday accommodation. Superb pool, great covered/outside eating area, boules, table tennis etc. Air conditioning in one apartment building, thick walls and therefore relatively cool in the other apartment building.
