“Staff room food everything are very good ”

“Winter concept not really impressive. But heated outdoor pool is absolutely our favorite fetcher. Hamam, steam rooms, and saunas are great. unabstracted ocean view is superb. On the other side hotel is 35 YO without any major restoration. Not enough charging ports. luxuries are dated. Overall the price we paid is a very good deal. I am recommend this hotel. This our first time in this hotel but we met multiple couples who returned guest of this hotel 🏩 and they said it's one of the best……

“We were there 2 nights. Very quiet. Entertainment after show finished could be better. Can hear sister hotel villa residence partying ...you feel your missing out. Over all hotel lovely and we got an upgrade to a suite...thank you hotel villa ....great stay. We were uk family with 1 child age 9 ”

“Das Side Sunport ist ein Hotel der mittleren Preisklasse, welches uns positiv überrascht hat. Mit 250 Zimmer ist es eins der kleineren an der türkischen Riviera. Grün sucht man hier vergeblich, der Außenbereich besteht aus diversen Pools.Es befindet sich in 2.Strandreihe in Evrenseki. Der Weg zum Wasser ist kurz-am davor liegenden Adalya Hotel vorbei, dann über die Promenade und schon ist man am Strand. Mit dem Dolmus kommt man nach Side und Manavgat. Die Dolmusstation befindet sich am Hotel.Das……

“Wir hatten zu Beginn ein Zimmer unmittelbar hinter der Lüftungszentrale. Diese ist viel zu laut. Ein Zimmerwechsel nach zwei Nächten brachte eine markante Besserung.”

“Wir waren 9 Tage im Hane Family. Das Personal war überwiegend genervt. Es gab wenige Kellner, die freundlich und bemüht waren. Man hatte fast Angst, was zu bestellen, auch an den Theken. Ein Restaurant-„Chef” namens Yılmaz war der unfreundlichste und aroganteste Mitarbeiter im ganzen Hotel. Er hat nicht nur die anderen Kellner, sondern auch die Gäste angemotzt, wenn man bspw. nach einem freien Tisch gefragt hat. Das Essen war sehr unterschiedlich; mal hat es sehr gut und mal sehr schlecht……

“Le personnel au service des clients au top. L'équipe des animateurs au top (Sam, Simba, Nikki, Julia). Seul point négatif est que la musique s' arrête un peu trop tôt (23h00). Langue parlé : anglais, allemand. ”

“Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia. Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good. The food is off the charts, lots of fresh salads and deserts. Plenty of main course choices and although not much of a drinker myself - decent beer and wine. The are feels safe for a walk in the neighbourhood or along……

“There is no way this was a 5 star hotel. Room and the whole hotel needs renovation. Broken furniture, and neglected areas were obvious. The reception and some staff were rude. One staff asked for more tip! The food was less than average, stale and the 24 hour cafeteria was a joke with leftover food. Won't go there again.”

“So much could be said about Barut Hemera. From the moment you arrive you are treated like you are visiting family. The staff are some of the warmest friendly people we have met during our travels. Attention to detail is in the DNA at Barut Hemera. For such a big facility it is difficult to find fault with anything. Spotless rooms amazing cleaning and grounds staff. The service staff are just as diligent and courteous always one step ahead of your requests. The food Wow, how can you complain when……

“The staff was so friendly and helpful....from helping us find a parking place to carrying all of our things from the car to our room......to giving advice about the city. It felt like staying in someone's home more than a hotel. I would not hesitate to stay there again. ”
