“Property was a mess. Smelled of weed. No elevator. Property was filthy. All exterior doors were unsecured (as in busted). Fire alarm needed you to bring your own battery. No in room phone. Security latch on room door was missing and dead bolt would not lock. Bathroom door looked to be from a rehab and had a fist hole in the back of it. Water in shower ran continuously. stapled rips in carpet. Duvet was ripped and mattress looked like it was barrowed from a Flint crime scene. The only thing……

“It was loud all night with people playing music, being loud, and someone trying to get into my room. There was no waste basket to be found in my room. The shower was nice and the bed was OK.”

“Even though the property is going through renovations, our stay was very pleasant.”

“Pool was freezing and dirty. Hot tub was cold and dirty. Ants in the pool area. Mold through out the building. ”

“We showed up to the property to find out they had no reservation even though we made it over a month prior. So we had to stand around and wait for an hour so they could try to fix their mistake. Then the following night I went to go get food for me and my wife and showed back up to our room key not working. They tried to fix it and then tried to tell us they would fix it in the morning. That was at 9:30pm. We told the staff we needed our belongings because my wife is over 7 months pregnant and……

“The property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly, but there is minimal insulation so the rooms are very noisy! Our room in particular was a first floor room and didn’t have window shades or blinds, just a see through curtain. That was my biggest complaint!”
