Minutes from Downtown Geneseo, you will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located condo. Enjoy the entirety of this three story 4 apartment complex, including panoramic views of Conesus Lake from the wrap around porch of Conesus. Walk down to the 50 ft dock and enjoy the 60 ft of lakefront with fire pits, lounge chairs, and leisure craft.

Please note that the door will only allow mooring. There is no boat slips or boat lifts available.

this was a short weekend for my kids and their families along with for a dinner for extended family on Saturday... The only issues we had were the bath towels could be better supplied. The outdoor furniture was not clean and chair cushion should be replaced. the ladder to get to the water was pretty rusted. overall my family made complaints but I thought over all was a good place for my crew to gather

This made our family reunion GREAT!

We booked all 4 units so that my brother, two sister's and all our spouses could be together for a big family reunion weekend. We were meeting many other family members one night at Deer Run Winery -right up the road, and the next afternoon at NO BS Brew Co at the top of the lake. The units were perfect for us in every way! We rented a pontoon and took an early morning boat ride. It's so pretty there. The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with all the amenties you could need. Our host, Rachel, couldn't have been friendlier and more accomidating. Thank you and your husband for a wonderful stay and a memorable weekend! We highly recommend your place. We had other family members peak in and they all wanted to stay there! Lol! We will be back!
