「Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay. 」

「Canapé lit très mou. Ce n'était pas explicite lors de la réservation. Nous étions plusieurs au bas de l'immeuble a ne pas trouver le mail pour accéder a l'immeuble. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain. Propreté très mitigée 」

「Cet appartement est très bien situé en ville, idéalement situé. Il était conforme aux photos, mais manquait de quelques produits de première nécessité comme des éponges et du liquide vaisselle. À noter : l'escalier du loft est un peu bancal et le loft lui-même n'est pas assez haut pour se déplacer debout si l'on mesure plus de 152 cm environ. Il n'y a pas de Wi-Fi et ma connexion cellulaire était instable, ce qui a posé problème. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai apprécié cet appartement.」

The host was responsive and welcoming, making the check-in process seamless. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again.」
